Shredded Carrots for Sale

Does anyone need 3 pounds of shredded carrots? Over the weekend Bethany was in charge of our Ward Christmas party. Part of her duties included the organizing all of the food. The salad called for some shredded carrots and so we decided to use our super heavy duty food processor. This thing is so powerful that it can shred a single carrot in less than two seconds. Using this machine was so much fun we ended up shredding at least 5 pounds of shredded carrots when we only needed 2 pounds of shredded carrots. So if anyone likes carrots or needs some for their dinner this week you know who to call.
