Before spring break, I organized a little outing for Sophia and several of her preschool friends. We rode the MAX train (like a light rail/BART hybrid) down the line a few stops, walked from the station to a toy store to play and then went down the block to an old fashion pharmacy with a soda counter.
Although Eleanor was not so keen on the idea of staying in a seat, Sophia loved riding the "train". Ever since, anytime we get in the car, she insists that we play "pretend MAX train". I have to announce where we are going and then I punch her ticket (aka squeeze her hair).
All aboard....
