On January 1, 2011, our families gathered to celebrate as we blessed Eleanor. We held the blessing at my parents home while we were down for Christmas vacation. Warren's parents and sister Kara (and her fam) came up to join. It was wonderful to be encircled by parents, siblings, aunt, uncles, and cousins as Warren blessed our new little girl. And it was special to have her blessed in the home I grew up in. The whole affair was small, imtimate and perfect.
